Thekua, or Khabauni, or Khajuria, is a dry sweet, and can be preserved for around one month. It can be made by either Ata (Wheat flour) or Maida. Although I did different research and I can make Thekua with Suji, Oat, or Rice Flour too. It can be made either in Ghee or in refined oil as well.
