Thekua.in is a website which delivers a sweet dish named as Thekua, or Khabauni, or Khajuria. It is one of the most popular sweet dish which comes from Bihar state of India.
This website is the product of Punam Vats, a homemaker from New Delhi, who is too good in preparing these sweet dishes. These thekuas are made from either Atta or wheat flour, Maida flour, Suji, Oats, or Kesar. Though this a sweet dish, but very soon we are coming up with diabetic friendly thekuas as well.
