As we prepare all products only based on your order to ensure 100% freshness of the products we are confident that the products which you have received will taste great and will be fresh to you.
We have packed all your products with utmost care to ensure no breakages and leakages. We try to pack your order in an air-tight jar so that you can get it as fresh as it is with us.
In the rarest of rare events, which we are sure will never happen, if you still have any issues with the products, it’s freshness, or with it’s taste, you have received we would be very keen to understand your feedback and look at appropriate action to resolve your issue.
However, none of the above terms should affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied to you. In the unlikely event of this being the case, we will initiate the return process after getting the complete details including the picture of the product.
Here is the process to claim the refunds:
Once you received the product and didn’t liked it, please send us an email to admin@thekua.in with a picture of the faulty product which you received.
Second step is that you need to arrange the shipping back of the product to us. You need to courier it to our address:

Once we will receive the product back, we will initiate the refunds within 24-48 working hours of receiving the same.
